Protein Waffles
Ingredients:
· 40 g Kodiak pancake mix (I’d imagine other mixes would work too, but different macros)
· 22 g casein protein powder (or casein/whey mix. Don’t use just whey or it will be inedible!)
· 46 g egg whites
· Water
Steps:
1. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet, add enough water until it becomes a waffle-like batter
2. Spray waffle maker and add batter. ENJOY 😊
