Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats (no protein powder)

INGREDIENTS:

·     30 g quick or old fashioned oats

·     113 g non-fat plain Greek yogurt

·     120 g unsweetened almond milk

·     Sweetener to taste (I use stevia)

·     60 g pure pumpkin puree

·     1 tsp pumpkin pie spice -OR- ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg, Pinch ground cloves and cardamom

STEPS:

1.    Mix all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar

2.    Fridge it overnight and you're ready to go
