Mocha Protein Cream of Wheat Bowl
Ingredients:
•28 g dry cream of wheat
•120 g water (or brewed coffee)
•46 g egg whites
•113 g plain non fat Greek yogurt
•5-8 g stevia
•5 g black or dark cocoa powder
•1 tsp instant espresso powder
•optional toppings: sugar free chocolate chips, nut butter, ice cream (halo top, proyo, enlightened or $ friendly Breyers has good macros)
1. Mix cream of wheat with water (mix well to avoid lumps) and microwave 1 minute
2. Mix and continue mixing as you add egg whites
3. Microwave 30 seconds, mix and microwave another 30 seconds- microwaves vary it should be very thick now add another 30 seconds if it’s not
4. Mix in Greek yogurt. If eating immediately might want to warm another minute, or can fridge overnight and reheat in morning
5. After warmed, add cocoa powder, espresso powder and stevia. Mix and top with toppings.
