Double Blueberry Protein Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
30 g casein protein powder
40 g bisquick
46 g egg whites
Water to pancake batter consistency
Blueberries (frozen is fine!)
STEPS:
Mix all ingredients, adding blueberries last (save some for topping). You want the batter to be pretty thick.
Spray pan with cooking spray, heat on medium-high. Once pan is hot add batter to desired size. When bubbles start appearing on up side of pancakes, flip. After a minute or two they will be done.
In a separate pan, spray with cooking spray and add blueberries for topping. Cook on medium high, add some water and stevia and mix them until they get to a soft jam like consistency
Top pancakes with blueberries and ENJOY!
