Microwave Protein Brownie

Ingredients:

·         5 g cocoa powder

·         17 g waffle mix

·         17 g (1/2 scoop) chocolate whey protein powder (casein works too)

·         31g apple sauce

·         28 g non-fat plain Greek yogurt

Steps:

1.    Mix dry ingredients. Add wet and mix well.

2.    Microwave for 30-60 seconds (depending on microwave and depth of bowl). Should be almost completely cooked with just a bit of uncooked in the center.

3.    Delicious topped with low fat ice cream! (Halo top, enlightened, pro yo, Breyers is usually lower in fat and sugar too)
