Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients:

•5 oz flank steak (sliced)

•50 g red bell pepper (sliced)

•50 g yellow onion (sliced)

•1 club roll

•1 slice provolone cheese 

•7 g coconut flour (can use regular flour, amount may need to be increased and carbs will be higher)

•30 g almond milk 


Steps:

  1. Cook onion and pepper in sprayed pan at medium high heat, salt and pepper. Add splash of water when they darken a bit

  2. Salt and pepper flank steak and add to pan

  3. Toast roll

  4. For cheese sauce heat the flour in small pan/pot on high heat, just for 30-60 seconds. While mixing with fork add almond milk slowly. Once it starts to thicken add pieces of cheese until melted- it will be thick and gooey

  5. Top toasted roll with veggies and steak then top with sauce

  6. Enjoy!
