Protein Apple Pie Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

·     30 g quick or old fashioned oats

·     113 g non-fat plain Greek yogurt

·     120 g unsweetened almond milk

·     Sweetener to taste (I use stevia)

·     80 g apple (cut into small pieces)

·     ½ tsp cinnamon and all spice, pinch cardamom

·     8 g Light pancake syrup

STEPS:

1.    Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl or mason jar

2.    Fridge it overnight

3.    Over medium heat cook apple, add water if needed. Once tender add spices and cook another minute. Add pancake syrup and mix.

4.    Can microwave oats or keep them cold. Top with apple topping and ENJOY!
