Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup water

17 g casein protein powder

40 g Kodiak cake mix

46 g egg whites

STEPS:

Mix all ingredients. You want the batter to be thick.

Spray pan with cooking spray, heat on medium-high. Once pan is hot add batter to desired size. When bubbles start appearing on up side of pancakes, flip. After a minute or two they will be done. Top with chocolate, berries, syrup, yogurt, bananas, ice cream... AND ENJOY!
