Chicken Marinara Melt
Ingredients:
•4 oz chicken breast
•70 g yellow onion (sliced)
•70 g orange bell pepper (sliced)
•60 g Marinara sauce
•1 slice reduced fat provolone cheese
•1 sandwich roll
Steps:
Cook onion and pepper over medium high heat. Add a splash of water as they start to darken.
Cut chicken into strips. Season with salt and pepper (oregano, basil and garlic powder too if you want to get fancy)
Add chicken to pan with onions and peppers.
Add the chicken and veggie mix to roll, top with marinara and provolone. Broil in oven for a minute or until cheese melts. Enjoy!
