Protein Berry Volume Cream of Wheat Bowl

Ingredients:

•28 g dry cream of wheat 

•120 g water

•46 g egg whites 

•113 g plain non fat Greek yogurt 

•5-8 g stevia

•70 g frozen mixed berries

•optional toppings: sugar free chocolate chips, nuts, nut butter, ice cream (halo top, proyo, enlightened or $ friendly Breyers has good macros)

1.       Mix cream of wheat with water (mix well to avoid lumps) and microwave 1 minute

2.       Mix and continue mixing as you add egg whites 

3.       Microwave 30 seconds, mix and microwave another 30 seconds- microwaves vary it should be very thick now add another 30 seconds if it’s not

4.       Mix in Greek yogurt. In a small separate bowl microwave berries for a minute or two to defrost. If eating immediately might want to warm cream of wheat another minute then add berries, or can fridge overnight (add berries overnight to defrost) and reheat in morning
